Brevard Community College has a number of campuses located all in Florida. All are in brevard (obviously!) and they are all near the beach. Located near Cocoa Beach, which you've probably heard of. BCC is a 2 year program, you can get an AA and transfer (gauranteed) to UCF Cocoa, which is on the same campus as BCC Cocoa. Cocoa Beach is the essential Beach Community, with Ron Jons and Cocoa Beach Surf Co. It's great.
