  1. well you have done your duty so -- get out and go to college!!!

  2. If you don't have some major passion to be in the military, the go to college.  I didn't my time in the Navy - it's not all it's cracked up to be.  Now-a-days people enlist so they can go to college, or they don't know what to do w/themselves, or it's that or jail (you'd be surprised how many of those are protecting our country).  Plus we are at war so you have to think about that too.  I'm not saying the military is bad, I'm glad I did my time and don't regret it - and I'm grateful for the men and women protecting us.  But since you have an option you really need to follow what you want to do.  The military is no joke, you can't join and say I don't want to do this anymore, so I would say to even consider the military you have to REALLY want to.  Since you have money to go to college I would suggest that, after all if you start college and decide you want to join the military you can.  If it were me I would go to college.  But it's totally a personal decision, so just make the best one you can.

    Good luck!
