what is open registration in college? do i have to sign up for anything? i already have all my classes.....

You have to register with the school first before you can register with actual classes.  The school will schedule times for registration for different students.  Towards the end, they will allow open registration where anyone who is registered at that school can add the class provided they are not already filled.  If you are already registed in your classes then you're done, just show up for them and study.
