1. You've got about 8 years to go before you apply to Dartmouth's medical school - you need a 4-year college degree to apply, and you need a high school degree before you can get a college degree. Yes, medical school is very competitive, and most people just end up taking out a lot of loans. Which is ok if you're going to be making in the six figures for the rest of your life, as most doctors and surgeons do.

 2. 1) Learn to type! 2) Chill 3) You won't be going to college until you're about 18! Relax-and if you're thinking of applying to college early-don't. High School is an invaluable learning experience and I personally think you need to be in a certain mindset before going to college; a 13 year old just does not have that. You need to grow up a lot more before you start fretting over all this stuff, kid. Pretty much every college gives scholarships, especially the really great ones like Dartmouth. But you did need to worry about for another 3-5 years. If you're really brilliant you might just get a full ride ;P So focus on making excellent grades and doing lots of activities (esp volunteering and sports) in high school and worry about college in your senior year like everyone else :D
