College students?

i had to transfer schools unexpectedly, i received financial aid from my original school, but i had to go to a different school, has anyone applied for financial aid past the due date and still gotten some?

Don't worry, the "deadline" for the FAFSA application is suggestion, not a requirement.  I'm guessing that you're an undergrad student.  If that's the case, there's plenty of money available.  Just make sure that you get everything filled out as soon as possible and that you talk with your school's financial aid office if necessary.  I'm actually still working on financial aid applications myself.  I've got a bit of a messy financial situation that couldn't be taken care of before the deadline.  You should be fine as long as everything is in before your school starts trying to bill you.  Best of luck!
