College theme party- ideas?

We're trying to find a GOOD theme that isn't done all the time. We have a few ideas but not sure if everyone will participate in dressing up (ie, guys) Rave Theme, Moulin Rouge, Around the World. Any others? Or feel free to help us with what people would wear and decorations!! Thanks!

80's theme is always awesome!

-TV theme: Come dressed as favorite character

-Music Awards Theme-Dress as favorite artist, hand out awards, "after party" with a signiture cocktail

-Dress like your parents party

-American Idol/Dancing with the Stars party

-Iron chef competition/party: have everyone bring an ingredient and see what you can make

-Swap party-bring stuff you don't want anymore and exchange it with your friends (or have an auction and all proceeds go to food and drink)

Make a prohibition party from the '20s with flappers and zoot suits. That's be awesome.
