i really would like to go to California for College. I've lived in the Northwest my whole life so i am sick of the rain.

here's a list of colleges im considering: Occidental, USC, Pomona, Claremont, University of San Diego, Chapman University.

are there any others that I should look into?

oh yeah Please no UC schools. They are almost impossible for out of state.

  1. Try checking out Petersons.com and collegeboard.com.  They both have search engines and quite a bit of info on the colleges.

  2. You can use edsoup.Just sign up. Let them find you. It's easy and free.

  3. Those are the best schools out here.  Look into Stanford.

    Good luck

  4. If you're anything like me you won't be able to afford UCs and state schools with out of state tuition. Of the schools you said, I wouldn't recommend Pomona, Claremont, or Chapman. Besides your other choices, U of San Francisco and UOP are both good schools.

  5. There's always a chance you could still get into a UC, and most of them are pretty high on those ranking lists. UCLA and UC Berkeley!

  6. Pepperdine & Saint Mary's & University of San Francisco.
