Colleges in Canada? Help?

Question

In about 5 years, when I finish school, It's my goal to learn French and move to Quebec City, Canada.

My main passion and the only thing I can see myself doing as a career is acting. (Theater, Broadway, etc.) It doesn't matter if I become insanely famous or never make enough money for rent, I LOVE acting, and that's what I want to do.

Does anyone know any good schools near Quebec City that offer such things? (And also, any English speaking ones, perhaps?)

Please give me some links or resources?

Don't move to quebec city, most people there don't speak english.

Montreal is a good city to learn french AND find english speaking people.
