To get an MD in the US you will need to go to med school, a four year program, and to get into med school you will need a bachelor’s degree, which you might be able to squeeze out in three years. On top of that you need hundreds of hours of clinical exposure, volunteering, shadowing ect. to get into med school, and you usually do this during undergrad. So the shortest time possible to get an MD in the US will be 7 years. Good luck!

PS don't know about other countries but if you want to work in the US you should get schooling in the US, Much harder to get a job here if you have schooling from other country.
