What type of dives are needed at a collegiate level?

You need to be able to dive from both 1 and 3 meter springboard, some colleges have platform.  Your diving list should include at least 1 1/2s in all directions, front, back, reverse and inward as well as a variety of twisting dives.  Many divers will perform 2 1/2s on the 3meter board to get a higher degree of difficulity.
