I was sitting at a light, backed up traffic. I had to go, so I gave some gas a little to much, lost control slid into a curb, bounced off kept going, "Keep in mind I'm sure I wasn't on the gas I was trying to break" Bounced off the curb kept going swiped a SUV, then still trying to stop I rear ended a car, on the left side. But my car shifted right and still kept going up onto a curb then finally came to a halt. I went no more then 15-25 miles an hour when I took the left turn. I think my shoe might have got caught on the accelerator or I may have panicked and thought I was on the break but was really on the gas, no one was really injured maybe some whiplash, but my car and the person I had rear ended the car I swiped had some paint scraped and a popped tire, that was the only major damage was the cars. Please contact.

  1. only if you don't have insurance

  2. sure you can be sued if you don't pay for the damage you caused. let your ins. co. handle it.

  3. my daughter was just in an accident that was her fault. if you are sued generally your insurance handles it and covers it up to a certain money amount   talk to yr insurance company about it and ask them this same question. they will put your fears to rest.  in more serious accidents where people are killed or dismembered it may be a different thing.  good luck

  4. Yes you can because if the damages exceed you insurance limits for example, if you have a total 50,000 coverage and the the damages exceed that then they will go after you.............
