Collyre bleu eye drops??

Question

I have read and heard that a french eye drop called "collyre bleu " is used cosmetically to add a Blue tint to your eyes. ( Malva sylvestris extract) . My question is : Is this true? Also Can you put " malva sylvestris extract in your eyes?? ---

My sister-in-law told me that it makes the whites of yours and the eyeboogers look blue...and it dries your eys out.  I've never tried or heard of them, but she has used them and that was her verdict!
