Colombian spanish.. how long will it take to learn?? if..?

could someone help me plzzz .. does any one know how long it will take for me to learn spanish if i was to go to colombia and live with a family that speaks on spanish and if i go to spanish schoool there ~?? plzzzz could some help thank you

I agree with everyone, it depends on how well you can comprehend the language and put it to use on a daily basis. I would say probably at least 6 months. THe younger you are, the easier it'll be. good luck!
