Question:

Colonic cleansing?

I have gained 3 1/2 stone in weight in three years. I have been taking medication which may account for some of the weight gain but was wondering whether colonic cleansing would also help my weight and general well being. I generally feel lethargic and very tired. I am constantly bloated and my abdominal area actually is very large and hard to the touch. I have been asked many times when my baby is due which is very embarrassing for the person asking and myself.

  1. The best way to clean out your colon is by doing it the natural way-with herbs.

Go to herbdoc.com and find Dr. Shulz's "Formula 1" and "Formula 2"...it REALLY works and you will feel better, lose weight...make wonderfully healthy bowel movements...etc.

(OK, that sounded weird, but REALLY try it!)

  2. Trip to local Health store was a waste of time and money for me. I tried so many and they just worked as a regular laxative and no any surprises, as they claim. I did not loose any weight, when I stopped, I was back to the old ways.

    I will try Dr.Shulz's

  3. Enemas are totally unnecessary.

All you need is plenty of fiber and roughage and four very healthy diets that contain plenty of both, that you might want to investigate, are the Mediterranean diet, the Pritikin diet, a vegetarian diet and the Okinawan diet.

Sugar is enemy #1 of your bowel movement.  See items 9 and 44 (of 1 - 76) in http://www.mercola.com/article/sugar/dan... .  Sugar can ruin your health in at least 76 ways so if you reduce your sugar intake your general well-being should improve substantially.

For weight loss (losing 3 1/2 stone) you may perhaps wish to investigate the Atkins diet and the vegan diet which both have a high success rate.

  4. Colon "cleansers" are nothing but laxatives.  You might lose a little weight temporarily, but it will come right back in a couple of days.  What you WANT to lose is FAT, and no "colon cleanse" will help with that.  None of them.
