  1. Rather than "normal," it's your response. Colonics can harm some people, depending on their "constitution." (I've had clients report both good and devastating responses - at times, needing homeopathy to help with side effects.) Contact the person who gave it to you to see what they say. Anyone who says it's good for everybody, though, needs to be countered with a second, maybe third, opinion. From a holistic viewpoint, it might have "suppressed" the underlying cause of the symptoms for which you got it in the first place (constipation?). The area you describe is where the intestines  wrap.

  2. you can avoid "colonics" simply by putting more fiber in you diet   oats, wheat, beans , wheat germ is wonderful eat this every day, flax seed(ground) its cheeper to eat right and go the way God intended us to go

  3. while an e***a may be helpful to relieve constipation, there are also risks involved.  Bowel perforation or inflammation are a couple of known risks.  Bowel perforation will cause severe pain, peritonitis, and is potentially fatal.

Healthy people do not need to have their colons irrigated.  The vast majority of unwell people don't need it either. It is a silly AM practice with no proven benefits. Some people use enemas as a  sexual paraphillia, so if that's your kink, enjoy.

Stay away from quacks who want to put hoses up your backside.  See a real doctor if this doesn't settle down soon.

Don't treat it with a placebo (homeopathy)
