Color Guard Flag Twirling?

I just borrowed a color guard flag from a friend. I need some websites that show you the basic steps in twwirling it right and ECT. I need to know some good websites that will show you step by step tricks and so forth. :)

I would try YouTube. When I was first learning sabre there were some very helpful videos up there, and I can only imagine that there would be some for flag. The people there seem very eager to make how-to colorguard videos. :)
