Hi our system works great! But during the summer our thermostat broke and replaced it with ritetemp 6022 model. The a/c worked great, but now winter is here and the heater wont turn on. I need to know where I can go to find out what my 4 wires do. I have white, green, red, and yellow. But I understand that they can mean anything. I thought that we connected the wires from the old thermostat the same, but apparenlty not. Pleas help we live in South Texas and are not use to 50 degree weather, My kids and I are freezing.!Thank You, Norma
