Colored Contact Lense Help??

I'm thinking about getting colored contact lenses.

I have light-brown hair, and medium-brown eyes.

My skin tone is light. What color of contacts should I get, I was thinking about either blue or green.

Also, what is the best brand of the colored contact lenses?

Are colored contact lense more expensive than just regular ones? Are the colored contact lenses harder to put on, and less comfortable than regular? If the lense gets misplaced on your eye, do you see in color?

get like a light brown color or honey...my friend has a light skin tone and that's the color she got
