Colored braces??please help me?

hey!

im about to get braces and im a kinda girly girl.what color braces do u think i should get???i dont want to get any black or dark green or brown braces.and i want to get 2 colors like a pattern or alternating colors.

and when u get braces do they hurt when thuy out them in?do they hurt after?how long does it take?

well, you can get painkillers when they do the applying- so i would do that.

the braces are always silver. there are bands that go around the braces wich, every month when you go in for a checkup, you can change. ( e.g. on halloween, you can get black and orange. or Christmas- red and green)

to start off with i would get clear so it you dont like them then you wont have to worry about it. pink would be cool, or purple or red.

I suggest pink diamantes, whatever you do don't get neon because it looks tacky, I've heard it aches quite alot but they give you painkillers.

it does not hurt when they put your braces on

its just like gluing the bracket to your teeth

but then after 1-2 days your mouth might be in pain

it varies on how long it could take

they told me 2 years

but it s already more than 2 years

[im totally ignoring the braces color...they change them ALOT] ughm...i've got my braces put on and took off...and in a while put on XD...they dont hurt [i have a high tolerance to pain], and if you say it does i think they would give you pain killers..but after a while when you first get them...your teeth will be sore for a while and stuff...but...welcome to the majical world of drugs and pain killers! [= they dont take long to put on...not that long at least lol

Your braces will make your mouth very sore for a few days...it doesn't hurt.  You won't cry. Eating will be difficult the first day...plan on a milkshake...scrambled eggs, etc...

I would really think about it before I got colored braces. I don't know how old you are now but you may dislike or change your mind after you have them. You may envision that they will look a certain way and they may not look that way. I don't know if it's possible to change the color after you get them but I'll bet it is not cheap. I believe they're are colorless or opaque braces. I would get those.

whatever colors you wear most often. or your favorite colors. yes they hurt for a while but once you teeth get adjusted, the pain should die down or go away.
