you sure can but its best to see an eye doctor (optometrist) so he can show you the best solutions for keeping them clean and storing them, as well as show you how to insert and remove them from the eye. He can show you all you need to learn before using contact lenses of any sort. He probably can even point you in the right direction for a good brand of contacts that you will like and that will fit your eye properly.
