Skinny jeans make your legs look longer, so yeah totally go for it!

If you are willing to pay a bit more, Delia's has a great pair of purple ones!

you can get colored skinny leg jeans in stores like bob's, pay/half, stores in the mall like hot topic, dELiA'S, and others. I think it would look good your height..why wouldn't it? lol

I also dont think it matters what color your skin is.
