Can I get a colored tattoo in one sitting, or do I have to go back multiple times? This is my tattoo idea:

  1. It doesn't look like that will be a huge tat, so depending on size, you can probably do it in one. It is up to you to hold still though, so that your tattoo turns out well.

    Oh, and tip

  2. yes of course thats if you can handle the pain for the whole sitting.

  3. depending on how big it is and your pain tolerance you could do it in one sitting

  4. cute idea! anyway, it's usually ur choice. if u can tolerate all of that pain, than u can get it done at all 1 time

  5. When they put the outline in, it is going to hurt like nothing you have ever experienced before.  Soon, the area will go numb and you won't feel the rest.  I don't see why you couldn't do it all in one sitting.  Just make it through until the numbness sets in and you will have it made.

  6. It just depends on the size and detail of the tattoo. I have 6 tattoos and they are all color. Only one of them was two sitting but that was because of the size. It is about the size of a large dinner plate. I did the outline and all of the shading and some of the color in the first sitting which was about 3.5 hours and then I went back after it was healed and finished the color. It ended up being really tender and painful for me close to the end of the first sitting and it was all I could take. The artist would have been able to do it all in one sitting if I had been able to handle it.
