Can anyone help me interpret my dream. i was in the sea shore, the sands are so white and the water is so clear and calm there was no wave. when i step in the water with my sisters and cousins who were playing with a bluish gray dolphin , i saw the sand moving, i thought it was just some fish, when i looked closer i saw this really big snake head and the color is muddy gray, its as big as anaconda. it stares at me then went to the opposite direction, my sister told me "ow it was just a snake", she said that as if its no big deal. then she went back playing with the dolphin. when i looked at the sand there were so many of them in different colors, some are stripes but mostly they are big. i walked to the sea scared but no single snake bit me... what does this mean? is this good or bad... when i wake up i really felt dehydrated, it feels so real....

  1. Your dream is actually a very positive one. All of the details that you included, the ocean, white sand, clear & calm waters, your sisters and cousins (family), the dolphin, and the snakes all signify a spirtual growth and maturity on your part. They symbolize the fact that you are spirtual (not necessarily religious) and know yourself very well. They also symbolize new beginnings and your willingness to grow and mature. The snakes being many different colors just signifies that you are exploring some unknown regions, but with you willingness to self-evaluate, learn and grow. You'll be ok in "untried waters" because you have such positive energy. In your dream, the color or the dolphin and the original snake don't mean anything because gray is their natural color in their real habitat.

You were probably tired and thirsty because you may have worked really hard in your dream to work out things your subconsious was thinking about and you remember a lot of details from your dream. So you just really worked hard in the dream.

  2. To see a snake or be bitten by one in your dream, signifies hidden fears and worries that are threatening you.  Your dream may be alerting you to something in your waking life that you are not aware of or that has not yet surfaced. The snake may also be seen as phallic and thus symbolize dangerous and forbidden sexuality. The snake may also refer to a person around you who is callous, ruthless, and can't be trusted. As a positive symbol, snakes represent transformation, knowledge and wisdom. It is indicative of self-renewal and positive changes.

To see sand in your dream, signifies a shift in perspective or a change in your attitude. Consider also the familiar phrase, "the sands of time" in which it may be suggesting that you are wasting your time or letting time pass you by.

White represents purity, perfection, peace, innocence, dignity, cleanliness, awareness, and new beginnings. You may be experiencing a reawakening or have a fresh outlook on life. However, in Eastern cultures, white is associated with death and mourning.
