So I'm gonna be in colorguard,what type of exercises and/or workouts should I be doing?I'm not fat, I just wanna be fit for colorguard

  1. mmkay my colorguard used to jog half a mile each day we didn't have practice. i also would recommend lifting light weights for lots of reps and practicing back scratchers and tosses everyday.
