Coloring a shoe?

alright I'm planning to try and color/paint a shoe in a different color than the way it is. I'm a fan of rondo and he has a shoe that is specially designed for him. They sold only 5 of these online. the only difference is it's colorway. You can find the same brand and type of shoes in another store so I'm planning to buy the shoes in the normal colorway and then I'm going to paint it in the colorway rondo has it in. My question is what kind of paint should I use and any warnings or things to keep in mind?

this is going to mean a lot to me since I don't have any fan items for rondo at all but I'm a big fan of his

i honestly dont believe it would be possible to do that the exscat same

I think you can use Crayola fabric markers or just a simple permanent marker from Sharpie
