Colors for Baby Afghan?

Hi, i wanted to crochet a baby afghan for a charity, but all the colors i have at the moment are grey, dark grey, dark blue, and white. do you think this will be okay? thanks

Go with the grey, white and hints of dark blue but not too much. The dark grey would be too much dark. You don't want it too be that scary. If you just do some dark blue it will look nice.

try these colors, because these are the 1st 3 colors a baby sees, black, white, & red.

My son spent his 1st month in a local chidlrens hospitla due to heart complications, & all the doctors told me whiel i was making a blanket for him, these are the only 3 colors they see for the 1st 3 months of life.

Kind of darkish colors for a baby, with the greys and blues.  However do any of the greys and blues happen to match the color of a local sports team?

Then some parent would probably be thrilled to get a baby blanket in "the teams colors."  

Just somehow referance that, when the blanket is donated, to be sure people notice.  "Baby blanket for fans of the Seattle Mariners" or something like that.

you should pick white or grey. afghan kids are mostly light skinned. few of them ar dark skinned

Personally, I would go with the dark blue and white for a baby afghan.  Maybe you can find a charity group that needs hats/scarves, etc and use the grey's for that.

i'm sure it will look great no matter what color it is. the charity and the person receiving the afghan will appreciate such a nice gift regardless of what it looks like.

they would look good but try these colors : dark pink or magenta, teal(solid colors), and a light tannish color. no blacks or whites though.
