Colors matching with black & silver?

Question

I was planning on redoing my room for my birthday, but there are some major pieces i can't replace. i have a black-framed bed, black and silver computer desk, and black and silver dressers/nightstands...

any ideas..?

do you want the room to be brighter?  or more feminine?  with black and silver you can add red as your pop color along with some white.

Colors/shades that look great with black and silver:

pinks, blue-reds like wine, burgundy, ruby [ not too dark ]

lemon yellow

mint, jade, sage greens

aqua, turquoise

sky blue, royal, smoke blue

lavender, bright purple

both black and silver are very neutral colours so almost any other colour would go with them.

Try pink for romantic feminine

Try red for dramatic

Try lime for something different

Try Teal blue for something different but more subdued

Try Orange for something bold (but you might get sick of that fast).

Bottom line is any colour you want goes with black and grey.  The secret is to decide the "mood" you are trying to create.
