  1. Only if you use cold water. Fill washer half way before adding clothes. in cold water the colors should not run.

Any bright colored article of clothing that has never been washed before should be washed seperatedly as colors usually run most when first washed.

    .

  2. No you cannot.

Reds and greens are attrocious stainers to other colors.

Red and orange probably are okay.

Blue and green and black are okay.

I would keep yellows with your whites.

  3. The blue and green could go together, depending on how bright and colorfast the green is (don't want to turn the blue stuff a slight green).

The red and orange could go together, no problem.

The yellow would have to be by itself. You wouldn't want to tinge things yellow and, since it's a light color, it could easily be affected by bolder colors (red, green, and blue-based).

  4. Depends how light or dark each color is. Yellow most likely needs to be separated. For the rest, separate the dark and the light colors. For red, i'll suggest dark because the color somehow comes off more

  5. not with yellow its to light

  6. When you mix colors Use cold water and add 1 cup white vinegar to the wash to stop bleeding and set in the colors.
