I weaned my son from the breast and the last time I breast feed was May 17th, 08. I have a mirena IUD in (9 months now) and I missed a period in June which can happen with mirena but I noticed that I have colostrum leaking from my b*****s (not just white milk but thin, yellow to orange fluid) and the past 2 weeks I have been having period cramps but no bleeding. Is it normal to have colostrum (mixed with white milk) after 2 months not breast feeding or is this a good sign I am pregnant again?

  1. I don't think it's colostrum but it could be a sign of infection.  I would call your doctor and have her look at the discharge coming from your breast just to be on the safe side.  It could just be old milk but yellow to orange doesn't sound good.
