Colour Pixels?

Question

On a TV screen, the pixels are 1/3 red, 1/3 blue, and 1/3 green. If you want to have yellow light, which parts of the pixel have to glow more brightly than the others?

I think your question may be better answered by the electronic gurus  in the computer and electronics sections , rather than optical.

OK...green and red...but this wasn't in any optical course  35 years ago...lol.
