Colour contacts?

Question

i have blue/greeen eyes

and i want to get these contacts 2 make my eyes a reallyyyyy deep and nice blue

there $40 and come with all this cleaning stuff ,there meant to last 4 a month

will they last that long ?

and should i get them ?

or will they turn me blind or something

like i have read in magazines

are your eyes blue& green or more like a turquoise? Cause if they are turquoise, why would you want to cover up such a pretty color?  i say stick w/ the color God gave you.  my hub has green eyes, like beautiful green grass, they are gorgeous, but i don't tell him often cause he gets the 'big head'.

The best thing to do is to see an optometrist.  He or she will be able to tell you if your eyes are healthy and suitable for contacts.  He or she will also measure your eyes and will follow up with you to make sure the contacts you get are not damaging your eyes.  The optometrist will also teach you how to clean and care for them.  Mention the kind that you want to buy so you can get a professional opinion of them.  Contacts are safe as long as they are fit to your eyes by a professional and you take proper care of them.  Hope you get some!

I used to have blue contact when I had no prescription.  My eyes were fine when I used them and are fine now.  They will last as long as they are supposed to as long as you take care of them.  Listen to when the doc says.  Look at them like make up:  you buy it but you know eventually it will become old and you will have to throw away.
