Colour enhancing flake

if i fed this to my apple snail and axolotl alongside its normal food would it make them look more colourful/brighter

also can i use it as a staple food

  1. What kind of food is it, exactly? The only colour enhancing flakes that I'm familiar with are the Nutrafin fish ones (which I feed my platies).  It's a great fish food, can be used as a staple diet, and really does seem to bring out their colours, but it's for, well, fish.  Apple snails and axolotls shouldn't be eating flake fish food as a staple diet (nor are they likely to want to eat any at all, really).
