Colour tone issues with Fujifilm Finepix S5700

Question

Hi,
I have a Fujifilm Finepix S5700 and recently when taking pictures, the image comes out in a sepia type tone. I have tried several different settings to rectify this but can't seem to resolve it. This happens particularly when taking photos indoors with the flash off but with sufficient indoor lighting (we are trying to take pictures of our newborn). The manual isn't very useful in that it assumes a certain level of understanding of camera terminology - I'm just an amateur. 
Any assistance would be gratefully received.
