Question

I got an enrollment form in the mail.

The schedule i got says when the quarter begins and ends,when registration begings and when my fees are due..

but it says..

spring 08

summer08

autum 08

and winter 08-09

for winter it says january 5-March 21

registration begins october 27

and fees due by dec 31?

so does that mean they are 4 different times to enroll??

im so confused?

You can enroll at any time.  What quarter you start will depend on when they accept you.  After you are notified of your acceptance to the school, you can figure out what enrollment period you qualify for.  The Jan 5 - March 21 is for Winter quarter 08-09.  Registration for Winter quarter classes begins October 27.

For example, if you didn't enroll until November, you probably wouldn't qualify for the Winter quarter registration.  If you enroll right now, you would have enough time to be accepted and then enroll in classes for Winter quarter by Oct 27.
