Comatose Patient Pregnancy??

After watching an episode of Law and Order: SVU that dealt with the rape/pregnancy of a comatose woman, I'm wondering: If this were to happen in real life, what would happen to the baby? Will it be healthy or sick or something? NOTE: IN REAL LIFE, NOT IN THE SHOW

This has happened in real life. I remember reading about it a few times and I believe both resulted in the birth of healthy babies. the families then raised the babies.
