Combomatic Splendide

I have a combomatic in my 1999 boat. It has a full-back and the water inlet is on the top right side. It is not getting water and the programs change by themselves. Any ideas as to what part specifically is not functioning and is this part obtainable? If so, how do I go about finding the necessary parts?Thanks in advance for your help.Dave
