ok i got comcast last week and it is very fuzzy on the channels and I have called service. They came last thursday and checked the outside and said it was ok. Then I sheduled service on the inside because they wouldn't do it unless i did. They were to come sunday and I waited to no avail. now they are to come today by noon and it looks like they are not going to come today. What can I do to force them to come fix it and should I try and get free programming from them or not? If so what are some ways to get them to allow this?
