Comcast Cable Help PLEASE?

ok i got comcast last week and it is very fuzzy on the channels and I have called service. They came last thursday and checked the outside and said it was ok. Then I sheduled service on the inside because they wouldn't do it unless i did. They were to come sunday and I waited to no avail. now they are to come today by noon and it looks like they are not going to come today. What can I do to force them to come fix it and should I try and get free programming from them or not? If so what are some ways to get them to allow this?

  1. I would keep calling and complaining.........until you get satisfaction. Remeber though....be nice, assertive, and respectful......it goes a long way.


  2. I argued once with my provider until they hung up on me , then i called back and continued until I got someone to give me a month free service. Don't give up, Don't curse they are to stay on the phone until your problem is resolved. in the mean time check all connections make sure they are tight. Anything loose will degrade signal quality.

  3. Yes, tell them you want to cancel due to poor service. you will not only get some free service, but you will get it fixed and get a discount.
