Comcast DVR question..please help!?

Question

Okay so i recorded my show [ i higlighted it and press record and everything] and you know how after you have to press "my DVR" to watch the recorded show, well that is not working for me.

Nothing appears on the screen when I press "My DVR". Can you tell me, what could be wrongggg.please! thank you so much.

My only guess is that you don't have the video/tv  input on "cable" and/or the tv on "cable channel 3".  Good luck
