Comcast DVR troubles?

Question

Whenever I turn off my TV while a show is recording, a message pops up saying that the action I have taken will affect my recording thats in progress (or something like that). Will my show still record if i turn off the tv in the middle of it. Also, whenever I am recording a couple shows and I try to watch other channels, it won't let me go to another channel...could someone answer these questions? Thanks!

IDK about the message that pops up when u try to turn off your TV, but when u r recording to shows at the same time the DVR wont let u change channels unless u stop one of the recordings. if u record one program u can watch another live program at the same time. if you're recording two programs at the same time then u have to watch one of the two programs or u can watch an already recorded program while u record two programs at the same time.
