Comcast HDMI box question?

i just got the comcast hdmi box in today and i THINK i have it ooked up right and we called the 1-888 # to activate it but when we try to change the ch on the box it will not change it stays on 0 ... any advice?

If you have a picture on the screen with the cable hooked up, then you are connected properly.  For other problems, call comcast.
