Comcast HDTV/DVR Digital Cable Box?

I got a HDTV a couple days ago and yesterday I replaced my regular comcast digital cable box with the comcast HDTV/DVR Box. When I installed it everything worked fine except the channels froze up for a couple seconds when you would change channels. Now 4 of my HBO channels freeze up when your watching them and my ESPN hd channels also freeze up badly and theres probably some other channels I dont know about that freeze up. Does anyone know the problem. I think I need to call a comcast guy out to my house it really makes me mad My original comcast digital cable box for the last 2 years ive had it worked better never really froze up comcast really dissapointed me on this.

freezing is typical of poor HD signals.  You may need another box, for sure!
