Comcast Recording?

Question

I want to record Lost tonight so I need some help...

How do you use the recording on Comcast?

Is it illegal?

Do you have to have both the tv and the channel it is supposed to be on while its recording?

Thanks for all the help. I love Lost, but I haven't been able to watch it because it comes on late.

No, recording isn't illegal; if it was, it wouldn't be offered.

Assuming you have a DVR with your cable box, simply bring up your menu/guide, find Lost, highlight it, and press record on the remote.  You won't need to have it on that channel; the DVR will automatically switch over and start recording for you.
