Comcast pay per view?

does anyone here have the problem when ordering pay per view on comcast it always says unable to complete order and you always have to call

I work for Comcast. If your account is delinquent, there is a pin on the account in our system or there are unusual amounts of ppv orders in a billing period the box will block ppvs. Because Vod is so popular, there are times where there are just too many subscribers accessing the same files at once and this can cause access issues too. But more than likely its one of the latter. Thanks

If you have an outstanding balance on your bill it will say that.
