Comcast remote help?

I have read all the manuals and I finnaly got my comcast remote working but the arrow keys to navigate for ondemand are not working if youknow how to fix this please answer

your remote should be preprogrammed to work on comcast cable boxes, id suggest removing the batteries for a few minutes and putting them back in, obviously if they are bad replace them with new batteries...if that doesnt work call comcast, they should be able to help reprogram it, and if that doesnt work go swap it out for a new remote.

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM U HAVE TO CONTACT COMCAST AND THEY WILL GUIDE U ON HOW TO GET THEM TO WORK...
