Comcast to throttle internet?

hi i recently heard (from webb alert) that comcast will throttle internet

to 250 gb a month

is this how much i can download a month?

does that include web browsing also?

im running VOIP will that factor into my bandwith?

Yes to all three.

Regardless, 250gb is nothing compared to what most other countries have to go through. Talk to some people from Australia. ;)
