Ai Yori Aoshi(anime and manga):

Kaouro Hanabishi, a college student who lives alone, met a beautiful but bewilderded girl dressed in a kimono. The girl turns out to be his childhood friend Aoi Sakuraba, his betrothed fiãnce who came all the way to Tokyo to marry him. As she begins to live with him she not only falls even deeper in love with him, but also learns about his horrible past.(I highly recommend)

I don't think their are any that are really similar to those but something similar to hana-kimi (cross-dressing) is

coffee prince (k-drama).

I know it's not much help.
