  1. remember the three all important words?

    honor, courage, commitment?

and remember the definition of the first one?

"doing the right thing even when no one is looking"

although, i suppose it is no worse then swatting at a sand-flea when no one is looking.....

  2. Every single experience during boot camp makes us "the few, the proud, the Marines.."  Even when we got sand kicked in our faces, we still asked for more. The harder the obstacle, the stronger we became.  I hope I speak for present and past Marines when I say "That's what being a Marine is."  We didn't join to be half assed like the Army, Navy, or Air Force.  We wanted to be the best at what we chose to do.

  3. Sure glad you weren't in a Fire Fight beside me...

You are quitter...you would probably run off and leave your

Fellow Marines in any Fire Fight...You are a loser...

I know one thing for sure...

That incident will bother you your whole life...

but then again maybe that is how you do things ???
