  1. theres no trick just luck, don't bet and you win

  2. In handicaps back number 12 each way.!

  3. I look at the distance of the race and how much money the horses are running for, then I look at the horses and figure out which ones have shown the best speed at similar distances, and for comparable amounts of money.  I try to know which jockeys and trainers win at a high percentage, in particularly I like to know what types of races a particular trainer's horses tend to do well in...some are good with first time starters, some are good with horses running for the first time out of their barn and so on.

  4. First of all, take out the horses that have not been competitive at that racing level...take whats left and break them into basically two categories, speedsters (horses that will vye for the front) and closers (those that lay back and have one big, late run). If there are more than 2 or 3 speedsters, they will likely run each other into the ground. Then notice how the track is play that day, is it favoring speed or closers? Make your choice. My favorite is to match the best speedster with my choice to close best and box them in an exacta....you only gotta hit two of those to be in some big profit. Good luck.

  5. - only bet on races with 7 entries or less

    - bet on the favourite to show (as long as it is 3rd or better you win)

You won't become a millionaire over night, but you will come out ahead.

74% of the time, the favoured horse finishes in the top 3.

I've made money for 13 straight years using this method.  Now that you can bet on every thoroughbred horse race in North America online, I make even more
