    Defnyddiwch Eich iaith

  2. Hey you Welsh! how about join the bandwagon of breakaways from England? Gain independence from England they just boss you around all the time

  3. No way on earth will I be supporting England..

I lived on the wrong end of Mrs thatchers policies, (still do...yep it's been fecked up since) so frankly you lot can get stuffed....

.....and we were justifiably pissed off  you lot way way before thatcher used the whole country as a inflationary football and threw everyone on the dole and into destitution too.

Is this the bit where i get called jealous, envious, chippy and bitter  - or is this just another opportunity where you say you don't care anyway?

    Whatever dudes..

    Cmon The Boks.

    Birdbath..you forgot max boyce..

Diva sorry sweetheart, my reasons haven't changed since last time...it seems being labelled chippy didn't work - or endear me.

    Was it supposed too?

    Happy and co

we are trying desperately..to get in the EU and out of GB. But I don't think they will let us go - or give us a vote in a referendum... without dumping all their nuclear waste here first. They also have massive energy policies that rely on burying and building all sorts of c**p in Wales in the next five years.

    Gorra love em.

  4. In responce to DIVA

thank you, my father(whos welsh) and supporting england didnt work for 4 yrs wen thatcher cokd the nation up, but he doesnt hate all english 20 odd yrs later. SWING LOW SWEET CHARIOT...........

  5. no nonenzed - boring as you posted this whole diatribe already!  I think secretly you quite fancy Margaret Thatcher and probably have pictures of her posted over your magazines - under 'parliament pet of the month'.  Those of us from the north of England 'suffered' in exactly the same way as you did - it's just we chose to get on with life and vote her out at the next opportunity.  So yes you are chippy, get over it!

  6. sorry. i'm not

  7. nah not me

    hope they get stuffed

  8. I shall.

I am English by birth but have lived in Wales since 1970 .

Rugby means so much to the Welsh, more than to the English.

Perhaps because we are a smaller country everyone knows someone who knows someone who plays/played for Wales.

So, if Wales can't win, I shall cheer for England!!

  9. Nah, have tried, but cannot do it (and I am half english.....dad)........just goes against the grain, but if you win then all the best to ya will not have a chip on my shoulder, just hope that by getting to the final for the third time by playing a boring game, will not entice other nations to adopt the same ugly rugby you play, if this will be so.............then that will be the end of PROPER rugby union..........and that will be a sad day!

Cannot see this happening mind..........most nations hate that type of play!

Good luck anyway..........me thinks you will need it against the boks!

  10. We came to Wales from London 50+ years ago with my dad's job and have chosen to stay. My children were born here and none of us have any yearning to go back up 'the smoke'.

However, come Saturday,I wouldn't dare cheer for England even though I have a relative who played in the England squad. I shall be watching the match with a friend whose son was born in Jo/burg so they'll be shouting for SA.

I have a small bet on England to win but wouldn't tell anyone !

Here in Wales Rugby is THE RELIGION and woe betide ANYONE caught cheering for England even though we can get accross the border in 15 minutes !
