Comedy Romance Anime (hopefully, magical or fighting also, but something clean)?

Question

I'm looking for some good comedy romance anime, and if possible, one which involves magical or battling stuff like Shugo Chara, Ranma 1/2, Pokemon and the Law of Ueki, but I don't mind without also.

I prefer an anime which drawings are of good quality, better than Slamdunk, Ranma 1/2, etc. Hopefully, something which is on Crunchyroll or Youtube and hasn't been licensed yet. (I'm not in US, so I can't watch Veoh) Sorry if I'm being picky!! =(

Are the best animes I seen so far, I seen mermaid melody and the three above make it look bad and so on please enjoy although Shakugan no SHANA has action and romantic comedy and magical girl - she stronger than the boy ( main character)... please recommend me something -
